Hello all, a search for frugal ways against temperature in winter and summer.

So I recently moved to Sweden and I'm astonished by the great level of isolation buildings have here and consequently the energy you can save through that. I was thinking of ways to help my parents to better handle winters and summers back home.

Do you have any practical house-tips on how to maintain indoors temperature?
