Is it possible to make 1-6$/hr while living in Latin America?

Alright boys so let me explain

I'm from the beautiful country of Venezuela, land of gorgeous women, oil and starvation! Since my family can only make 3$ a month by having professional jobs, the only reason I've managed to survive is due to the kindness of friends from other countries. Kindness isnt a stable source of income though

Now my goal is to be able to make 100$ a month. With that, we should be able to buy some food and I could even afford college

The biggest issues I face is that my internet speed is on average only 1mbps. Normally thats enough for most tasks, but video-related things, specially video calls can get pretty bad due to horrible ping. And I also only get 12 hours of electricity on average per day, so whatever it is that I do needs to have flexibility, as I could end up disconnecting at any moment

Given that, and knowing that I'm not from the US, what can I still do to make some money?
