Which are the 10 commandments/rules of Frugals?

Hi, kind of a lurker here. I wonder if there is such a thing like the 10 commandments/rules of Frugalism.

Is there kind of a manifesto or similar?

If there is not, maybe we can make them here :P

I will try to update this edit during the day. So far and in no particular order:

• Thou shalt not buy a new car

• Thou shalt plan thy meals in advance

• Thou shalt bring your own coffee and meals (to work)
