Tri-Lingual and looking for online work ideas.

My wife is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
She graduated from an English university in Hong Kong, has a 4 year business degree, and has a few internship. We're in the US, stuck with my parents with no car, and she's seeking online work till we can move out in several months. PalFish seems great for myself but obviously that won't work for her.

Is there any solid website she can use for teaching Mandarin or Cantonese?
Also she's dealt with Mainland Chinese MFGs and factories on occasion--is there a demand or otherwise a platform to seek work?

She's looking for an easy way to start working. I know she can do a lot (she's working on a medical interpreter cert but that's a while off) but she just got her work permit, and I'm hoping there's a platform or service that can get her started....
