Quick cashout options?

Hey, I'll be honest here. I need 30$ before 22nd. I really like a game and its on sale and I am too broke to get it. Issue is most of the survey sites and other apps don't work well cause I don't life in the US. Another turn off is that my country doesn't have paypal so I can't really do any freelance work around here. What are my options. I don't mind getting gift cards as a payout as the game is on steam.
