My Payoneer account will not connect to my Palfish account. Has anyone else experienced this?

I keep trying to connect the accounts via the Palfish app, but I just receive this message when I enter my login: "Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account."

It wants me to create an entirely new Payoneer account with "an alternate email address". I really don't want two Payoneer accounts. And I'm not convinced a new account would make this work anyway.

Has anyone else experienced this?? Help!
