How to save money every month on internet / cable

A really easy/simple way I have saved $15-20 per month on my Comcast bill is each month before I pay, I go to the support chat and ask 1 question. "Please provide me all the outages for the month of <Insert last month here>". Some reps will give you a list of outages, then you just follow-up with asking for a credit for all the outages, others will just provide a credit with the list.

Generally their equation is Bill Price X ( total outages days / total days in a month). Attached was my credit for Sept, my total internet is ~60 / month so a $20 credit is pretty decent. https://imgur.com/PbVJNkv
