How many days until exam for Online Map Analyst at LionBridge after application is formally accepted?

I am new to these online jobs things and am confused with some of things I learned. Will appreciate if you guys could help me.

1. I received an email saying that I "might be" suitable for Online Map Analyst position. Does that mean application isn't completely accepted yet and there is some possibility it maybe rejected later?

2. How many days should I expect till I am given guidelines and exam portal details for this job?

3. Can I apply for other jobs at LionBridge or other companies if I pass the exam and am given this position? Is there some sort of rule that I can only work for one position and at only this company and not others while working here?
