Companies for tech support at home?

So I work an office job for a telecommunication company and I started out as tech support before becoming a universal agent (tech, billing, sales, retention).

I have nearly four years experience at this company plus and additional two years of medical transcribing and office work.

I am looking to telecommute but my current employer does not allow me to. What are some good companies I can apply to and be able to work from home? Preferably for $13-15 minimum.
