Bluebird questions

So I’ve already done all the stuff with bluebird and visa and such, as in my card is here and bluebird active with money in it as well by transferring from the visa card I redeemed.

I’m curious if anyone has done the cash loading of a bluebird at walmart. Or if you can take those visa gift cards you can buy in stores and put them on bluebird.

If I was confusing in my questions let me know and I’ll restate it. Thanks for any help though guys.
