Applying for Lionbridge

I've applied for Lionbridge and am eligible for the Internet Assessor Position. Access to the exam will start tomorrow. I've already been planning how to best approach the exam. In case I do get selected, I've heard that Internet Assessors get paid over 10$ per hour. I'll start out at 6.81, how would I get around to earning that much? Also in case I do not pass, what other options do I have? Applied for a Leapforce position but didn't receive any reply so I'm assuming that's out of the picture.
