Appen Transitioning to Raterlabs Onboarding?

Anyone else get an email from Appen in late September saying by October 8th they'd send instructions to do an onboarding process to transition from Appen to raterlabs and we would start working on there... But then on October 8th said they weren't going to send out that info by that day but they will at a later date? Has anyone gotten any emails from them with that info? They said they were going to pay us via Raterlabs in November, so I'm kind of confused as to whats happening / if everyone got that email or if my term is going to end instead lol
