What's the point of having "Swags Code" on the SB web page if you can't use it to redeem SBs

What's the point of having "Swag Code" on the SB web page if you can't use it to redeem SBs with the code. And then when you try using the swagbutton's swag code, you can't redeem it there either. You need to have a mobile. There are too many restrictions. Anyone with a swag code should be able to enter it via the webpage, swagbutton, or mobile app to get the SBs credit. Are their any experienced SW developers working at swagbucks corp?
