US Cloudworkers

Hi, is anyone here from the US working at Cloudworkers? I just joined the company, but I am having trouble accessing the scheduling site and was wondering if it is because I'm in the US? The person who hired me was well aware of my location. I tried asking one of the leads, but he said it probably has something to do on my end, however, I tried to switching browsers, as well as clearing cache and cookies, but still nothing. I'm eager to get started with this company!
