Sponsored - 1 point 0:NaN and Ncrave: 5 point Celebration Time needs software fix

To the SB IT software developers,

Why do I get "0:NaN In progress..." during 1 point sponsored activity

Also Ncrave - celebration time gets stuck and then when I hit the "Next Page" it skips a step or two and then when I reach the end at step 20 of 20, I get 'Sorry, the activity doesn't exist or something like that' where it doesn't credit. Can the IT software developers please fix this?

And why do I only get the 1-pointer Ncraves where i have to constantly click. What happened to the automatic 4 pointer Ncraves.
