SB Local only in Northeast US?

I live in the southeast. The one place within 20 miles of me doesn't come up in the search anymore - every search I perform to see what's near my city or surrounding cities (and I'm talking Atlanta not some medium size city) comes up with a results list in and around Philadelphia. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm super bummed because it's the last square I need for the diagonal cross. I contacted support to explain it's impossible for me to fill that square and asked for credit but I doubt they'll reply before swago ends.
