Is iphone insurance worth it when buying new iphone?

Guys hi,

As the title says i wonder if insurance worth it when buying new iphone? Usually coverage plans start around $100.

I was never buying insurance cause i am very careful with phone, use screen protector and case, but recently within 5 months my iphone died twice.

(i have iphone 7, bought it about 3 years ago, after 2 and half years voice speaker stopped working and genius bar tech replaced it for free for new iphone 7, and now after 5 months it's just died and i have to pay for replacement - $347.31)
