Has anyone made a reimbursement claim when purchasing eye-glasses on ebay?
I'm looking into buying some nice frames off of ebay and am wondering if anyone here has successfully filed a claim for reimbursement with their insurance company. My insurance benefit has an allowance of up to $150. The frames I'm buying will be far below that.
