Frugal way to secure my rental house?

I am moving to a townhouse. I saw some questionable neighbors recently that is making my concerned about my safety (female living alone). I do have a dog.

I want to purchase security camera (has to be wireless, rental property), good and cheap recommendations?

The front and back door is really easy to kick-in (single dead bolt), any easy way to beef it up?

I know you can apply films to the window to prevent smashed window, what kind of film am i looking for?
