Why are offerwalls still legal?
I’m just wondering, why do offer walls still exist? It seems like all of them deceive and mislead. They already have all of your information before they tell you that you must buy something. Why are they still allowed? I understand disqualifying from surveys is just part of the game, they need a target demographic. I’m talking about “enter to win a free ___” and you never actually get into a drawing and I’m quite sure there is no contest. Is there something we can do to eliminate these? It’s been a huge headache to me since I started on swag bucks almost 10 years ago.
I’m ok with offer walls that actually do credit, like ones to download an app tp try, however those can also be pretty questionable. It sucks when you get an offer that’s taken down after you download the app or worse once you progress.
As of right now I have multiple apps that have offer walls, most have another way to make money like with surveys or real life retail based tasks. I want to delete most of them because I’m frustrated. I don’t understand how anyone makes money on inbox dollars. If anyone has advice on these type of apps and whether they are worth my time I would like some advice.
