What to do when help center is not helpful?

I have been messaging back and forth with the help center for 3 days now. I did the gillette offer 35 days ago and received no credit. Everytime they respond to me with "wait 30 days then contact us".. but it's been 35 going on 36 days? Any alternative for help when you keep getting copy paste answers?
