Updated furniture instead of buying new

We’re putting our place on the market soon and have started thinking about how we’d like to stage it for the listing photos. Began looking at some of our 15+ year old furniture with new eyes. Contemplated buying some new stuff, but all the pieces were in great shape and it seemed like a waste of money. Decided to spend last weekend updating them instead. Spent just under $35 for paint, stain and hardware. Pretty pleased with the results.
