SWAGO Board Square Not Crediting

I have finished a row on my SWAGO board, but I cannot submit it because the last square is not crediting. (BTW, what is the number for the bottom left-hand corner square? Is it A5, or E1? )

I wrote a ticket and sent in the screenshot of my board and MY ACCOUNT - ACTIVITY to show that I did do what that square's requirement was, and received the credit for it there, but, not on the board. Their response was immediate and said that the problem is SOLVED.... (Obviously, it's not)

I restarted my computer to get a completely refreshed board, but it still has not credited, so...

Is there anything else I can do to make sure I get credited for those dang 70SB?
