Lionbridge Unsuccessful before Test.

I received an email about a week ago stating I had been successful and I would be expecting an email tomorrow with practice test questions.

Just woke up to an email stating my application has been unsuccessful. I feel it's an odd stage to be rejected, since I haven't taken the test yet.
