Lionbridge Issues. supposed to start, but haven't done anything.. or can't?.

So here's the problem. I went through all the requires steps and got the Job. Awesome right? I checked my employee summary and it says as of "8/10/18" that I've been hired and I'm active. I went through the timesheet tutorial and when I open my timesheet, it goes to "Last Pay Period" instead of current like it's supposed to and when I manually change to current, it is "Unopened".

I also checked my Identification Documents and there are NONE listed. I made sure to both Fax AND Email my I9 with required information.

Everything in the Status/Key dates section also lists everything like I've already started. A review date is even set for November for my performance, and my pay is not suspended.

I have emailed 5 days ago now and have not received any replies. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: If it's something as simple as me clicking to "Open" my own timesheet, I will flip a fucking table.
