ALO7 is currently hiring new tutors at a base rate of $7.50 per 25 minute class, which equals $15.00/hr + up to 25% incentive if certain criteria is met (stability incentive going up to 18%, and quality incentive going up to 7%). Although there are many time slots open each day, the peak hours where you are most likely to be booked for a class are 6am to 10am Eastern United States time.

I did a lot of research on many of the companies offering the same service in China, and this is the one I ended up choosing, and have been happily working there since October, 2017. The course material is really fun and interactive for the students, and there is also a lot of room to bring your own flare into the classroom, which is something that is highly encouraged by the tutoring community. The community at ALO7 is fantastic as well, with the staff and other tutors constantly giving eachother ideas and encouragement when something goes wrong. I highly recommend you consider ALO7 as a way to make some extra side income.

• Native English Speaker from US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand
• Having (or working on) a 4 year college degree
• Stability with the hours you plan on working
• A stable internet connection
• Relatively fair computer with a webcam
• Headset is a bonus
