I have never had shopping credited

So I use the swagbucks button in my browser and I have never gotten credit for any purchases, ever. I really don't log in much to SB and just decide that earning passively by ways of just getting credit of things I already purchase would be good, but it has never credited my account. Am I doing something wrong?
