Help with Appen Global (Transcription)

I made a post earlier with my issue with Appen but i just checked and I’m glad that I’m back, maybe they were just reviewing my work at that time, anyways i got questions for my fellow transcriptionist:-

-How strict are they when it comes to accuracy? (I got just below 70%, i read the contract and they said i need to stay above 90% accuracy, of course I’ll do my best from now but yeah how strict are they?)

-Can i go back to my previous batches and edit them?

-Tips for a beginner?
