Help desk actually came through

Yesterday I did a lengthy, 300 SB survey and got both a DQ message and a success one and only 1 SB. I've heard about how tough it can be to get help for problems like this but I tried it anyway. I don't know whether it was good luck or what, but I submitted a question and screenshots of both the success message and the error message "You have completed this survey already" when I navigated back into the survey, and 1 hour later I have my 300 Swagbucks.

Also maybe keep an eye on Survey 6038441/6019774. First one was the DQ.
