Has Anyone tried the Life-lock promotion and had trouble with Support?

So around the end of July, I did the promotion where you get about 2000 SB for getting a LifeLock plan. I was required to purchase a plan for 7.99. After about almost 2 weeks nothing shows up in my activity page. I made sure to follow the Instructions and made sure to sign up with the same email as on swag bucks. So far nothing has happened.

So just before the issue would hit 2 weeks I made sure to contact support. I did all that I was supposed to do and provided them with the order number, the # of SB that was missing, and the date of the purchase. After submitting my ticket 2 weeks ago I have not been in contact with a staff member. Other than the standard response of:

"We’ve summarized your information below and assigned the following ticket # 4xxxxx.

We do our best to resolve your ticket as quickly as possible, but please allow 10 business days. Our business hours are 9:00 am PST- 5:00 pm PST Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays."

it is like Swagbucks staff is dead. I am not trashing Swagbucks support center because they have helped me in the past and did respond within hours of me creating a ticket. But this LifeLock plan problem is getting on my nerves.
