Focus Forward transcription

so I got accepted to Focus Forward 4 days ago and they asked me to complete some tasks (contracts and agreements) which I completed right away. They said after they have received the completed contracts and forms, they will send me my credentials to start transcribing. They said they will send me my credentials within 24-48 hours, but it's been 4 days and still no credentials. So I'm just asking if anyone has had this issue with focus forward? How long did it take for you to get your credentials?
