Fastest way to make money in the next week?

Looking for advice on the fastest way to make some cash this week to pay some end of month bills. I have lots of free time in the evening and on weekends so can drill away at something if needed. Have been having trouble finding a second job so hoping for something here. I am still waiting to hear back from Qkids and Cambly and am signed up to Gotranscript already.
