Cherry survey disappeared?

I’ve had the cherry survey on my mobile answer app for weeks and finally got the chance to do it. I bought the cherries, uploaded the photos, completed one part of the follow-up survey, and was waiting to finish the second part after the cherries were finished, but now the survey isn’t showing up on my app anymore. Does anyone else have experience with this survey? Should I just consider it a loss?
