Check your car insurance for possible discounts! I am saving 10% for three years

I was just noodling around on my car insurance website and noticed that I could get 10% off my premiums for three years just by taking an online defensive driving course!

The one approved for my state cost only $19.95 and took 4 hours to complete, but was well worth my time for what I will save for the next three years. I have Geico insurance but I suspect the other carriers may have similar programs.

To qualify for the discount I earned, I had to be over 50 years old and taking the course voluntarily and not as the result of a violation.
