Can anything happen for selling notes if I’ve already graduated?

I’ve sold notes on sites before, but I searched this sub to see what my options are. While searching, I saw multiple comments saying schools can penalize you for this, but I didn’t see anything addressing post-grad note selling.

Not sure if it’s a dumb question, but I’m wondering if my school can touch me after I’ve already graduated. Only thing I can think of would be a lawsuit, but I doubt they’d go that far.
