Appen Global Support!?

So I have been working on the Falcon Insta Ads project for a few weeks and recently received an email saying I cannot work on it while out of the country. I live in England and am going to Wales next week with family. It’s still in the UK so I think it should be ok and I don’t want to miss out on the work. Customer support don’t respond to anything I send and I’ve constantly been redirected from one person to another when I have questions. What do I do?
