Appen Global issue

Hey guys, I’ve been trying find a way to make extra money online for months now. I live in Saudi Arabia so it’s hard to find any (if you guys have any recommendations please let me know). Found about Appen around 3months ago and i applied for Arabic transcription, did some test for qualification and passed, after that there wasn’t any work/projects available. I waited for months and even gave up on Appen, but then 2 days ago i got an email for Arabic VtX falcon transcription invitation. i passed their test after taking it twice and i started working yesterday, i put in 3hours (minimum hours required a week is 20h) and finished about 6 batches. I’m exited about this because it’s my first project, it’s Eid (a muslim festival) yesterday but still got on Appen to do some work. Anyways my issue is when i logged in again today and went to work page it says: there’s no work available (although i remember having 140+ batches available yesterday). Idk if it was my performance? It seems like they didn’t check my work from yesterday yet, has anyone experienced this? I already sent a msg to the support team and hopefully they will get me back in ASAP.
