Advice for hiring virtual assistant

Not sure if this is the best place to post but thought I'd give a try. I'm trying to hire a virtual assistant, preferably from the Phillipines. Does anyone know where I can look to find one? I've found a few brokerages but I'm looking for a like a job board or somewhere I can hire them directly. Any help would be appreciated.
