PrizeRebel fishy survey site is spamming me

Under the AdGate section, there is alot of "surveys" you can do to earn 59 points each. These "Win Xbox One!" surveys ask you for you phone number, send you a confirmation code and once you enter it they ask you for shitton for sensitive information like what kind of house you live in, your Social Security Number, email and alot of other stuff and try to promote fake ads (I used fake information to complete it). Once you have literally given them information about your whole life you complete it and I actually got my 59 points for doing it but now my email is getting spammed with stupid fucking dumb shit like "4000 FREE SPINS REGISTER AT CASINOBET500 FOR FREE NOW" and im getting annoying as fuck SMS on my phone. Im really paranoid and worried about that this fishy "survey" site maybe have infected my computer so I would appreciate community advice or reply from the PrizeRebel moderators. thanks in advance.
