Enterprise Car Rental?

Hello.

Does anyone work for ERAC doing online customer service? I am being considered for a position and wondered what the 2nd phone interview is like? What questions will they ask? What should I be ready for?

The 1st was typical... what are your strengths/weaknesses, tell me a specific time you dealt with an irate customer, how would you handle a caller who wanted to speak will a manager (How would you solve that without transferring to a manager). Etc.

Any help with 2nd round questions would be appreciated!
