What are some frugal habits or hacks that you won't admit to your non-frugal friends?

I plan to eat lunch off of samples at Sam's when I do my stock up shopping. I also go the mall once a month to get a free meal from chick-fil-a I earned from survey mini and get my dessert (free truffle) at the Godiva store using my member card. Who said treat yo' self has to cost money?
