Transferring visa gift card funds to something useful?

I'm not sure if this is the proper sub for it, but I have multiple Visa cards with small balances left (1.50>) and I was wondering if there is anywhere/thing that would allow me to combine the funds or spend it more effectively than scouring for items that cost so little. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
