Our refrigerator died over the weekend, we have stuff in coolers and a neighbor's freezer, but a replacement won't be delivered until Thursday. In the mean time I have all these condiments (mustards, ketchup, bbq sauces, jelly, pickles, olives) and things not urgently needing refrigeration. If I store them in the coolest part of my apartment, will they be ok? I'm already tossing meat and other foods that were frozen and had thawed by the time we noticed the fridge was not running. I'm trying to avoid having to replace a ton of stuff. Sorry if this isn't appropriate this sub, let me know if I should ask elsewhere.
