Thanks perk just had my identity stolen

A new credit account was opened yesterday at midnight velvet as of yesterday. They tried to order 2 rings for a total of $800 sent to my house. Thanks to credit karma I was able to cancel it before it shipped. Never had my ss# stolen before but I can only assume it's due to perk screwing up the 1099's!!!! If you never used credit karma before, trust me use it!
