Swagbutton Watch - Sometimes continues on, sometimes Stops and Congratulates Swagbucks News/Tips

So i run the Swagbutton Watch add-on most of the day, and curious if anyone had any insights to the following: Sometimes after getting to 100%, i see this funny cartoon face of a guy and it says "congrats for watching, here's your 3SB". then i need to physically click on another channel to reset the progress bar. But then other times, i'll see the progress bar reset on its own, but still appear to be on the same channel. Then when i click the different channel, sometimes it says I already hit the limit for that channel.

Is there any method to the madness? Not a big deal, just curious
