REF: 1099 for Perk - lost cause?

Sorry for the post but I haven't seen any update on this lately & I still am unable to obtain a form from that efile website that they use.

Where are we with this? I'm looking to file my taxes already. It's been long enough waiting for a resolution from Perk. It doesn't feel as if they are looking to fix anything. Is it time to just suck it up & manually calculate my earnings off their GC emails & file off of that #?
If so then for the few bucks we earn from them they sure are getting their monies worth by making us waste time by grinding out this number like a dodo. After I manually compute my Perk 2016 earnings, I wonder if I can send them an invoice with my hourly rate on that grunt work =)
