Ncrave Not working on home wifi network Swagbucks News/Tips

Hi all, I cant seem to get ncrave to work on home wifi, I have disabled firewalls cleared cookies its been sometime now but i just cant seem to get it to work. It works with all the browsers on other networks but not at home. Any ideas. I am based in UK and on Virgin Media. It used to work when i had my old hub but since it changed to the latest one it doesnt?
