Just moved, buying spices all over again. Suggestions?

Hello! We just moved into our new home and going to have to refill most of our spices. Like most people, we've always kept spices in a cabinet. I've always felt this easily gets disorganized and messy quickly.

Now I've seen people relocate to a spice drawer and wanting to give it a go. See here for what I'm going for:

So I wanted to have uniformity and found the bottles that Trader Joe's and Whole Foods use.

Should I just buy the spices I need already in these jars?

Buy empty jars and fill with bulk spices (Where to get?)

Combination of the two?

I just found out about WinCo and gonna check em out sometime this week.

How is the quality of spices at WinCo?

I don't want just cheap, I prefer value.

What are some of your favorite spices?

Also, I tried the IKEA spice jars, which are very nice, but they don't fit well in my drawer (too tall)
