Gift Card Question Swagbucks News/Tips

Hi, I'm interested in getting the Visa gift card, but I saw that the card was only virtual and I wanted a physical card to get food with. I read in the Swagbucks comments that you can get an American Express Bluebird card and transfer the money from your virtual visa card into there with no extra fees, is this true?
