Disabled High School Grad, Need help finding online work

I am a 25 year old male living in Louisiana. I have very little work experience as far as being on a payroll. I spent years caring for my disabled veteran grandfather and volunteer work with animals. I am occasionally in and out of hospitals and currently seeing doctors every 2 weeks to a month for the last 2 years or so. My medical bills are stacking and I am unable to pay them. I have been waiting on disability for around 2 years now and still feel like I've (they) made zero progress on that front. Now I am drowning in medical bills and my mental health and future is looking grim.
Some of my experience:
* Very fluent at typing and speaking English.
* Very experienced with computers and tech support related programs such as TeamViewer.
* Experienced with Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video editing software, and troubleshooting.
* My computer should meet standard requirements for most situations.

I just can't seem to find any online work job offerings for residents of Louisiana that seem legit. Most appear to be those "hour long how to videos" that try to sell you something near the end of the video.
